Canada’s immigration programs are managed by federal government of Canada: however, Canadian provinces can also nominate individuals for immigration who have the skills, education, and work experience that will contribute to the economy of that province or territory. Provincial Nominee Programs across Canada are independent from each other and have different eligibility criteria that target candidates who want to live in that province and become permanent resident of Canada.
